Comp.A.No.70 of 2022 in C.P.No.153 of 1995 M.SUNDAR, J., A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of captioned application and prayer in the captioned application brings to light that it will have the collateral effect of modifying an order dated 07.06.2019 made by another Hon'ble Single Judge in Company Application No.99 of 2019.

2. Therefore, captioned application is disposed of as closed preserving all rights of the Official Liquidator attached to this Court to take out a suitable application.

3. Captioned application disposed of in the above manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
