O R D E R
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of condition 4 (c) imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.22498 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1811 of 2025. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant that this Court, while granting suspension of sentence to the petitioner vide order dated 26.11.2025, imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is further submitted that though the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed on her from the time of grant of suspension of sentence, she finds it difficult to travel to the trial Court every week. Hence, he prayed to relax the said condition. 3.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and upon perusal of the materials available on record and also taking note of the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify condition 4 (c) imposed by this Court.

Accordingly, condition 4(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.22498 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1811 of 2025 vide order dated 26.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.
With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
