The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the promotion order.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions would submit that, EOV for the panel year 2019-2020 for the post of Nursing Tutor Grade I was issued by the Government vide G.O(D) No.372, Health and Family Welfare (AA2) Department dated 06.04.2023. Meanwhile, the petitioner retired from Government Service on 31.03.2020 on attaining superannuation. Therefore, he would submit that, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes with the submission of the learned Government Advocate.

4. In the result, recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 24.10.2024 Index :Yes/No Speaking order : Yes
