This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for another three months in Crl.O.P.No.30417 of 2022 dated 09.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
