C.R.P.No.3343 of 2013 J.SATHYA NARAYANA PRASAD, J.

This Court vide order dated 12.02.2019 has directed the District Munsif, Arakonam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.155 of 2012, within a period of four months and dismissed the above civil revision petition.

2. This being so, after a lapse of four and half years, the District Munsif, Arakonam has written a letter to the Registrar General of the High Court vide Dis.No.362/2023, dated 12.09.2023, seeking extension of time for a period of three months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 12.02.2019, which is not appreciated by this Court, however, considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is inclined to grant three months extension to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.155 of 2012 as directed by this Court dated 12.02.2019.

3. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur along with the copy marked to the District Munsif, Arakonam.
