This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Jurisdictional Court as imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2504 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Jurisdictional Court as imposed by this Court vide order dated 07.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2504 of 2023.
