The plaintiff in both the suits has taken out the present applications seeking to carryout necessary amendments in the suits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, who would submit that the amendments sought for in the applications are just and necessary and pleaded to allow the applications.

3. On a perusal of the documents on record, it is seen that the defendants 2 to 4 were set exparte by this Court vide order dated 10.02.2016 and the 1 st defendant was set exparte on 25.09.2019.

4. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the Amendment in both the applications are ordered as prayed for.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout necessary amendments on or before 20.04.2022. Registry is directed to list 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
