To set aside the Judgment, conviction passed by the Hon'ble XIX Additional Sessions Judge at chennai in C.A.No.420 of 2024 on 17.07.2025 confirming the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the learned XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.5816 of 2019 dated 23.05.2024.

No appearance Order The petitioner has filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking extension of time to comply with the order of this Court dated 06.01.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.47 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.2900 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner is granted time till 18.03.2026 to comply with the order of this Court dated 06.01.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No.47 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.2900 of 2025, failing which, the order of this Court dated 06.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.47 of 2026 in Crl.R.C.No.2900 of 2024 granting suspension of sentence, shall stand vacated.
