The Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondent from initiating recovery proceedings against the petitioner in terms of the proceedings bearing No.TN/RO/PDY/PC/1916/Comp/DIV-V/7A ORDER /2019-20 dated 31.01.2020 till the Appeal filed by the petitioner is taken up for enquiry by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the appeal has been taken on file before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, therefore, the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous.
