(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to implead or substitute the respondents 2 and 3 as the legal heirs / legal representatives of the original respondent K.Ratharani.

2. In view of the aforesaid, as the proposed respondents are the legal heirs of the original respondent, we are inclined to allow this petition.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title and post the writ appeal along with W.A.No.500 of 2021 after a week.
