It is stated that Crl.M.P.No.3355 of 2024 and Crl.O.P.No.4545 of 2024, there has been an order of interim stay of further proceedings, consequent to the registration of FIR in Crime No.18 of 2024 registered by the respondent under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 427, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC.

2. In view of this fact, the application seeking anticipatory bail is superfluous as on date, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application with correct details.
