ORDER

Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, placing on record the proceedings dated 29.7.2019 issued by the Block Development Officer, Karavalimathapur Village Panchayat, Soolur Taluk, the second respondent herein, stated that when the respondents have shown their readiness to provide the water connection in the front side of the petitioner's house, it was 1/3

objected with a request to provide the water connection only on the backside of the house. Since there are already 33 connections there, the respondents have expressed their difficulty.

2. It is at this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has now agreed to get the water connection from the front side of his house.

3. Therefore, the respondents are directed to accept the request of the petitioner and provide the water connection on the front side of his house within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the contempt petition stands closed.
