2. Mr.K.Senthil, learned counsel enters appearance for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court chooses to condone the delay of 105 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case and accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. As and when the case is numbered, the Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Senthil, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list.
