This petition is filed to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 11.06.2018 made in M.C.O.P.No.635 of 2009 on the file of the Sub Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Sankari.

2.Mr.C.Paraneedharan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 further submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 have filed C.M.A.No.2916 of 2019.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the matter under the caption 'for admission'

along with C.M.A.No.2916 of 2019.
