2. The additional documents sought to be received are legal User Certificates of the plaintiffs, which are public documents. Even though a counter has been filed by the respondent / defendant raising certain objections, this Court is rejecting the same as no prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the said documents are allowed to be received and marked as Exhibits on the side of the plaintiffs, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the documents are allowed to be received and marked as Exhibits on the side of the plaintiffs. But however, it is made clear that the documents are allowed to be marked as Exhibits only subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.
