This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/complainant to file the above appeal against the acquittal of the respondents passed by the Judicial Magistrate at Sriperumbudur in C.C.No.152 of 2021 dated 07.11.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to file appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
