Heard Mr.R.Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.19346 of 2012 dated 18.02.2016 has been complied with and prosecution has been initiated before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur.
