R.BASKAR Advocate For Respondent : MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 464, 465, 468, 471, 420 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have printed fake Voter ID and Aadhar cards and have given to several people and received several amount. The petitioner is arrayed as A1 in this case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petitioner is the prime accused in this case. He would further submit that the accused are alleged to have printed fake Voter ID and Aadhar cards which are supposed to have been printed by the Government Authority and have given to several people and received several amounts.

He would further submit that nearly 145 Voter IDs were seized and would further submit that a detailed investigation will have to be carried out and if this petitioner is granted anticipatory bail it would affect the investigation. He would further submit that A2 and A3 in this case have already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

5.The petitioner has committed the heinous offence of printing fake Voter ID and Aadhar cards which are supposed to have been printed by the Government Authority. A detailed investigation has to be conducted in this case and if this petitioner is granted anticipatory bail it would affect the investigation.
