O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the Respondents to issue a "No objection certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Colours Spa" at 15/1, Anumanthankadu, Parapalayam, Mangalam Road, Tiruppur - 641 603, by passing order on the Petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that representation dated 30.12.2022 alleged to have been sent by the petitioner is not available with the respondent police. If fresh representation is submitted suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent police within a period of two weeks from today. On such submission of fresh representation, respondent police is direct to dispose of the same in the manner know to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the representation.
