Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.10197 of 2020 in Crime No.196 of 2020 on the file of the respondent i.e.,shall stay at Chennai and report before the Maduravoyal Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m.for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m.until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.UDAYACHANDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 07.07.2020 made in the original petition directing him to stay at Chennai and report before Maduravoyal Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and charge sheet has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by order dated 07.07.2020 stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal court concerned on all hearing dates without fail.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly with the above modifications.
