This petition has been filed to implead the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board, having office at No.1, Jaffar Syrang Street, Vallal Seethakathi Nagar, Chennai - 600 001, as fourth respondent in the writ petition.

Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the proposed fourth respondent and has no objection to the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board being added as party respondent in the writ petition.

In view of the above, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
