ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to disburse the petitioner's salary due on medical leave increment from 01.04.2009 and the selection grade due from 28.04.2009.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner was disbursed with salary due on Medical leave increment from 01.04.2009.

3. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not granted with selection grade due from 28.04.2009.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders with regards to entitlement of selection grade due from 28.04.2009, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
