Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents in respect of the petitioner's lands in S.No.144/4 (Old S.No.122A), Nasianur Salai, Erode Village and Taluk have lapsed u/s.24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013 and consequently direct the respondents to hand over possession of the said lands to the petitioner.
