(CR NO.28 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed in the above Crl.O.P No.2749/2022 dated 07.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2749 of 2022 dated 07.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
