The petitioner apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, in Crime No. not known of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein.
