2. These applications have been kept pending right from the year 2012.

3. The first respondent has already filed a caveat petition. In view of the caveatable interest shown by the first respondent, the Registry is directed to convert the Original Petition into a Testamentary Original Suit and post thereafter before the learned Judge as per Roster.
