2. The learned standing counsel further stated that in view of the above proceedings issued by the third respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the same may be closed.
3. In view of the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 02.02.2021, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
