ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 11.12.2014 and to investigate the matter against the accused, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent police did not have the records of CSR No.737 of 2014, on account of efflux of time. 3.In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the 1st respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 11.12.2014. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
