ORDER
This application is filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 24 days in representation of the adoption memo of the defendants 26 to 30 in D.No.47555 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents objected that they have not received copy but the petitioner counsel stated that already copy was served and it is the practice of this Court that only after serving
the copies of the petition to the other side, Registry would number the case and therefore learned counsel for the applicant strongly denied the allegations of the respondents counsel.
3. As far as delay in representation is concerned, it is the matter between the court and the petitioner and the respondents have no role to object, therefore, the objections of the respondents counsel have no merits.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and considering the number of days delay in representation of the adoption memo of defendants 26 to 30, this application is allowed.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the delay of 24 days in representing the adoption memo of defendants 26 to 30 in D.No.47555 of 2025, is hereby condoned.
6. Registry is directed to number D.No.47555 of 2025 if it is otherwise in order.
