ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner, alleging non-compliance and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 02.04.218 in W.P.No.7521 of 2018, has filed this contempt petition. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/Contemnor.

3. The learned Government Advocate has produced the proceedings of the Revenue Tahsildar, Veppur, dated 16.08.2018 in Na.Ka.No.A1/736/2018 to the effect that whatever encroachments found on the waterways and pathways have been removed and in respect of unobjectionable encroachments in Survey No.348/1, the persons in possession were advised to apply for patta in accordance with the relevant Government Orders.

4. The said proceedings are taken on file and recorded and in the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this contempt petition and therefore, this contempt petition is closed.
