COMMON ORDER These Writ petitions have been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application made by the petitioners in all the Writ petitions and to issue Patta.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent had fixed a date for enquiry and notices have also been sent to the petitioners and the enquiry is going to be conducted on 18.03.2020. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that as per the Revenue records, concerned properties have been identified as Patta lands. Therefore, the petitioners have been directed to produce all the relevant documents to substantiate their rights. 3.In view of the above development, there shall be direction to the respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioners and the petitioners shall produce all the relevant documents before the respondent, to substantiate their rights. The respondent shall thereafter pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
