This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent herein to allow petitioner's 16 years old son K.Nitishwar Raj to attend regular classes in XIth Standard, Science Group by considering petitioner's brother's representation dated 19.12.2023 and petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
