Criminal Revision Petition has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to set aside the judgment dated 16.12.2021 passed in C.A.No.41 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, by setting aside the judgment dated 16.04.2021 passed in S.T.C.No.1591 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam and remand back the case to its file. Today, when this Criminal Revision Case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.
