ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No./A/86/08 dated 03.12.2012, to quash the same and directing the respondents to forthwith pay the compensation to the petitioner in accordance with the provisions contained under the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 and the Land https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the lands acquired from the petitioner, land measuring about 2820 sq.ft. and the house measuring about 175 sq.ft. acquired from the petitioner comprised in Old Survey No.331/1, No.155, Paiyanur Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District without insisting for production of Patta and Chitta.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while pending the writ petition, award has been passed and also the entire award amount has been deposited.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs.
