ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.653/2017 dated 10.01.2017, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent would submit that the order, which is the

subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the 3rd respondent, vide letter dated 11.04.2017 in Na.Ka.No.P1/2509/2015. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court, which is taken on file and record.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is so aggrieved and if it is open to him under law, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the Competent Forum.
