2. Today when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sabarish, appearing for M/s.S.Kingston Jerold, for the respondent says that the husband has no objection for transferring the I.D.O.P.No.360 of 2023. However, he stoutly denied the allegations made in the transfer petition.

3. Without going into the allegations made by the petitioner as against the respondent and taking into consideration that Vadapalani is in Chennai and is closer than the Principal District and Sessions Court at Thiruvallur, I am inclined to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.360 of 2023 from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Thiruvalllur and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai. It is made very clear that I have not gone into the allegations made in this petition and I am dealing only with the transfer petition and hence, I took into consideration the convenience of the wife alone.

4. In fine, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
