Investments 28/21 Demonte Colony Alwarpet Chennai 18 rep by its partner Mr G Sarath Babu Vs Mr V Kupparaj 6G Arunachalam Road Kotturpuram Chennai The arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 06.09.2013 had to unfortunately recuse herself at the fag end during the course of arguments for the reasons set out in the Minutes of Proceedings dated 28.07.2015.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the parties agree that Hon`ble Mr. Justice N.V.Balasubramanian, a retired Judge of this Court be appointed as the arbitrator in the place of Hon`ble Mrs. Justice Prabha Sridevan. The learned arbitrator is at liberty to fix the remuneration and the other expenses incidental to the arbitration, keeping in mind that the arbitration is at the fag end and the same shall be borne by the parties equally. Records be transmitted by the earlier arbitrator to the new arbitrator.
