Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to forward the proposal submitted in the form of application stipulated in the G.O.Ms.No.245(Finance) Department (PGC-I) dated 19.07.2018 pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2018 and his representation dated 23.11.2019.

ORDER

This matter is taken up through web hearing.

2.This writ petition is filed for the following prayer: "To direct the 2nd respondent herein to forward the proposal submitted in the form of application stipulated in the G.O.Ms.No.245 (Finance) Department (PGC-I) dated 19.07.2018 pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 22.11.2018 and his representation dated 23.11.2019."

3.It is stated that the pension papers have already been forwarded by the employer to the disbursing authority. In view of the statement made by the Official respondent and the same having not been disputed, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

4.Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
