Further direct the 1st respondent to change the category from General category to OBC in respect of application number 210411096572 and roll number 4110002376 in their records and issue a fresh certificate reflecting the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 04.04.2022, the respondents have complied with the said directions. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the directions have been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the matter has to be dismissed as infructuous.

3. The report of the respondents, pursuant to the directions given by this Court dated 11.04.2022 has also been filed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. The same is recorded.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the court bundle, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
