This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 27.08.2012 made in I.A.No.8 of 2012 in I.A.No.63 of 2011 in A.S.SR.No.___ of 2011 in O.S.No.88 of 2009 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced Memo stating that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Revision and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
