The learned Government Advocate would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of rejection, vide proceedings dated 04.11.2015 in No.K.No.A1/7810/2015 by the Assistant Director, District Employment Exchange, Vellore-632010. He has also produced a copy of the said order, which is taken on file and record.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing remains further for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
