This petition is filed to condone the delay of 697 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the claim petition was dismissed against the respondents 2 and 3 and he is not challenging the said order.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the 1st respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 697 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is also made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
