ORDER

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that insofar as the Director of Fisheries/the respondent herein is concerned, she has sent proposal to the President of the Co-operative Society, the second respondent in the Writ Petition, for compliance and now, it is the turn of the President to take appropriate steps on the basis of audit objection.

2. Therefore, this Court is not able to see any merit in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order. However, the President of the Co-Operative Society, who is the second respondent in the Writ Petition, is directed to take appropriate action and pass orders on the proposal sent by the respondent herein, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
