COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus to forbear the respondents from interfering with the selling and marketing of the 77 Mizoram state Lottery Tickets beginning with Flavour Weekly Lottery and ending with Watermelon weekly Lottery and Mizoram State Lottery tickets more fully described in the annexure hereunder. The relief sought for in the writ petitions has become infructuous since the Act prohibiting the sale of lottery tickets has already been upheld by this Court.
2. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
