Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to defreeze the savings bank account maintained by the petitioner with 2nd respondent bank vide bank account No.151111119411 and permit the petitioner to operate the account peacefully without any intervention.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to defreeze the savings bank account maintained by the petitioner with 2nd respondent bank vide bank account No.151111119411 and permit the petitioner to operate the account peacefully without any intervention.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that except for the lien over the account to the tune of Rs.7,423/-, the petitioner has already been permitted to operate his account.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. No costs.
