ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to arrange a tyre bullock cart route as prayed for in this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner claims that he does not have proper access for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had given a representation dated 22.12.2025 to the second respondent to arrange a tyre bullock cart route to enable him to have access to his property. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with

law, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025 seeking to arrange a tyre bullock carte route for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. No Costs. 25-02-2026 RKM To
