ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of petitioner dated 19.01.2011 and remove the encroachment existing in the public pathway in S.F.Nos.166/3, 4,6,8,9,11,12,13 of Gurusamypalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh, if encroachment has not yet been removed.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
