O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner who is seeking for cancellation of patta that has been issued in favour of 4th and 5th respondents.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the second respondent has already initiated action on the representation made by the petitioner and the notice has been issued to all the parties directing them to appear for enquiry on 13.03.2020. The second respondent also directed the concerned parties to produce all the documents on the date of enquiry.

In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to give opportunity to all the interested parties and forward the entire papers to the first respondent.

Thereafter, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
