By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.Heard Mr.M.Muthusamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.
3.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2014. 4.According to the petitioner she is the member of Tamilnadu Mahalir Suya Udavi Kuzhi and she participated in the Training Program conducted by the Tamilnadu Women's Welare Development Scheme and the second respondent had issued the certificate. The petitioner was also issued with a similar certificate from the first respondent and on the strength of those certificates, she received a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards loan for the development of women and started a bunk shop.
According to the petitioner though there are several other bunk shops, the petitioner was forcibly evicted on account of the action initiated by the first respondent and the Police are also threatening to vacate the petitioner. 5.It is not known whether the petitioner is in possession of the Bunk shop. In any event, a representation has been given by the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to pursue the Department for retaining the bunk shop under the Scheme, which shall be done in accordance with law.
