ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, to call for the records in Na.Ka. No. 8919/2015/A.1/ dated 14.08.2015 from the file of respondent and quash the same. 2.On instructions from the client, who was personally available with the learned counsel throughout the Virtual Court proceedings, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner place her submissions before the Court.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the the petitioner has filed this petition challenging the charge memo dated 14.08.2015, no interim order was granted by this Court, and subsequently the disciplinary enquiry was concluded and after conducting enquiry, the authorities imposed a punishment of removal of the petitioner from service on 18.05.2017. In such circumstances, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be closed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in a manner known to law.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
